Demand Restitution

We cannot let Apple do this to us without taking some action.
iTunes gift cards? Apple store gift cards? Cash back?

Hear hear! You'd think we'd get a gift certificate or something, I'm about a week past my return date, and feeling pretty sad about the $200 violation to my wallet.

I really would hope they would do something to apologize. I know this though, Steve Jobs has just made me loyal to Microsoft for life, and i hate Microsoft. Despite how cool they're products are I'll never forget this day. This is the biggest f' over since the Enron Corp scandal.

I thought Apple was different but has demonstrated that it is just like every other greedy corporation and does not deserve my loyalty. I hope their next product launch is a dismal failure--I certainly won't help make it successful. I learned my lesson.

Couldn't agree more. I feel sick to my stomach even though I love my iphone. I won't show it around anymore until I receive $200 cash back from Apple (a check is fine)!

Absolutely with you! Thanks for creating this website and I hope we get the word out so that Apple knows how we early adopters feel about getting screwed up! Some restitution is in order!
